Infinity International Ltd does not disclose any of your nonpublic personal information to nonaffiliated third parties except as permitted by law and except as permitted under the terms and conditions agreed to in your Client Agreement. Infinity International Ltd may provide your personal information to a third-party in the following instances: in compliance with a court order; in response to a subpoena or other judicial process; in response to regulatory inquiry/request; and to protect against fraud, unauthorised transactions, or money laundering. |

Disclosure of Former Customer Information
Infinity International Ltd does not disclose any nonpublic personal information of former customers, except as permitted by law. Thus, should you close your account and become an inactive/former customer we will adhere to the measures delineated in this privacy policy. |

Infinity International Ltd maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to guard your nonpublic personal information. Opt-Out Procedure
As stated herein, Infinity International Ltd does not disclose non-public client information to non-affiliated third parties. Infinity International Ltd is required to provide an opt-out statement. You are not required to supply any of the personal information requested by Infinity International Ltd, however, failure to do so will likely result in Infinity International Ltd inability to open your account or continue servicing your existing account. |
